Before 7 pm I called because of large, free-running dogs (running from the garden). Mr. at the dispatching center very nice ... Nobody arrived within 21 hours and another 3 calls totally without reaction. Tisnova line, where it rings 20x and no one answering the phone is really great. Good thing we didn't need anything acutely.
