Horrible approach. Absolutely no email communication. You will order goods that you will not pick up due to the clarity of the email, and even if you write them apologetic emails, they will not react and will not let you buy anything from them.

I absolutely do not recommend. Clothes are beautiful, but dealing with people is absolutely appalling. It discouraged me from making any further purchases.
