Absolutely lovely experience with Mr. Ulbrych. My then-fiancé (now husband ;) ) and I were given a recommendation to venture from Prague to Jablonec Nad Nisou because an acquaintance had a very positive experience at Zlatnictví Ulbrych. Given the regular "customer service" one receives in Prague, we decided to take the chance and made the journey to Jablonec; we are so glad we did! It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Ulbrych. Their pleasant service, top quality assortment of beautiful rings, and reasonable price made our journey a worthwhile one! I can highly recommend this fantastic little shop to anyone looking for wedding bands, especially, but other jewelry as well! Thank you to Mr. Ulbrych and his staff!

We came to the jewelry shop to choose wedding rings. I don't wear any jewelry, so I was afraid to visit and choose. However, it was a very pleasant experience for me. Mr. Ulbrych was dedicated to us and explained everything, showed, described. It was obvious that Mr. Ulbrych really understands his craft and does everything with passion. We have wedding rings from Mr. Ulbrych and I haven't seen more beautiful work. We were looking for quite a while until we came across this goldsmith's workshop at the Pardubice Fair. From the first contact to the delivery of the rings everything is completely error free. Excellent communication, deadlines all kept, samples amazing, delivery of final rings a week earlier! And the result? One word amazing work !!! Fine, precise work. The rings were made according to our wishes and partly the design and they were excellent! I can only and just recommend. We will certainly turn to other jewelry in the future, and I want to thank Mr Ulbrych in particular for you and your whole team.
