A nice single-nave classicist church dates from the end of the 18th century. Like the cemetery with the chapel of St. Prokop belongs to the parish of Jestřebí. The original parish church in the settlement of Krušina (the predecessor of today's Jestřebí) stood on a rocky area below the castle near the still functioning cemetery. It was probably dedicated to the Virgin Mary and disappeared in the 17th century. A new parish church began to be built only on the orders of Emperor Joseph II. It was completed in 1780, consecrated a year later. Around 1790, its interior was painted by the important Jesuit painter Josef Kramolín. The paintings of the presbytery and the ceiling of the nave has been completely preserved.
