Most of the park dates from the time of the Empire reconstruction of the castle in the years 1819-1821. Its foundations date back to the end of the 17th century. Park modifications were made several times and it was expanded. In the past, new woody plants were planted, most of which are very rare and exotic species. The castle park was enriched with a brick gloriette and statues of St. Barbara and St. Jan Nepomucký, which were originally located on Barbora's bridge. Today, the entire park area is practically divided by a metal fence into two parts. The park at the chateau building is still carefully maintained, while the opposite part is more devoted to its own growth.
In the first half of the 17th century, Albrecht von Wallenstein had the chateau park on a plateau between the village and the sandstone rocky promontory above the Robečský brook valley, including the adjoining alleys. We can find a number of statues there, as well as some rare and exotic trees. The historical part of the park with the castle is surrounded by a stone wall. The complex includes a number of farm buildings, one of which is located outside the walls. In the 19th century, the rocky canyon of the Robečský brook called Hell and the Wallenstein alley of Valdštejn, 300 years old, became one of the oldest pheasantries in Bohemia.

The chateau park surrounds the chateau building, which is not open to the public, but the park is freely accessible. In the park you will find a beautiful orangery with a greenhouse, unfortunately in very poor condition and several Baroque statues. The walk is very beautiful. The park bounded by a fence is followed by an accessible park, which also belonged to the castle. In it are beautiful wooden statues.
