If I am booked for a certain hour, I do not assume that there are 3 more patients in my term. A nurse who lacks basic organizational skills. What do they require a telephone call for when they are unable, or rather unwilling, to inform the patient in advance of a postponement? Why do they feel they can afford to waste my time? So when the nurse climbs into the waiting room after half an hour, I expect her to apologize and offer an alternative date, not that she will be taken automatically, that the patient will sit there for another hour. Waiting room of 12 m2 packed with 8 patients, of course overheated , unventilated. In the 5th degree of risk Covid, a star with a veil under his nose sits there, the nurse of course does not check or require compliance with anti-epidemiological measures. When ordering, the nurse could not even tell me which of the doctors we originally went to. Probably a problem to pull out the card and look.
