I see negative reviews and I can't help but write my: 2014-15 I needed a new watch for school, the old ones already had a bad velcro strap and were with my wallet, so exchange without a chance. So I visited this watchmaker with the idea that I need a dark matte watch that will last something and they won't be too expensive. After consultation, we chose a model that met my requirements. Within two years of the purchase, I came to replace the battery, the master remembered me directly and willingly replaced the battery with a water resistance check. Subsequently, I was to change the glass of the same watch and the battery as a precaution six months ago. Each time with willingness and the lord always remembered.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND - THIEF !!!! UP TO 4X MORE PRICES FOR PROVIDED SERVICES THAN IN OTHER STORES IN PV.

I do not recommend in any case we went to shorten the strap to the watch and we paid 350 CZK elsewhere in Prostějov do for only 100 - 150 CZK it's a thief never again. March 29, 2018

Level service. If you buy a cheap watch somewhere, then don't be surprised by the price for the repair.
