The Church of St. Michael the Archangel is located in the Přerov part of Šířava. It used to be a parish church and so it belonged to four and a half villages (that half was part of the village Bochoř). The beginning of its history is not known, but its fate is the same as many other churches. He was repeatedly plundered by the Swedes (they took what they could, from here to the Prague Wallenstein Garden; I know that it was according to the law of war at the time, but still ...). In August 1868, a large fire broke out, which affected a large part of the city and devastated almost one hundred percent of the church. If I remember correctly the interpretation of the guide, then the fire was created by the negligence of craftsmen near the workers.

Yes, a Catholic church, a very pleasant interior and even regular believers. But in close proximity to the church are buried important brothers of the Unity of Brethren and wife with the children of J. A. Comenius. Without a single placard.😉
