Dear Mr. Škňouřil, I would like to make this happen. After about 10 minutes of waiting, you yelled impassively at my sister and me in such a way that we were forced to force you out of the waiting room. The doctor also does not have to like everything ... To your complaint about non-observance of ordering times: it is true that, despite our great efforts, we are not always able to adhere to the order times exactly. Therefore, patients are reminded that ordering times are indicative, as is usually the case with most doctors. The doctor's office is not a belt production or a beauty salon where the times of individual operations are precisely specified. Each patient is different, comes with a different spectrum of problems, each takes a long time to talk to a doctor and therefore it is not possible to predict exactly how long it will be examined. I care for my patients carefully and I believe that this is more important to them than if they were recruited on time. In addition, patients with acute problems, who can not be delayed, come and are of course treated. This again fails to meet the exact ordering times. However, if you hadn't slept for a whole night for itchy, fever and chills in an acute skin inflammation or painful shingles for several nights, you'd certainly like me to treat you without ordering and the other patients would be waiting for you. I fulfill the medical mission and help people. And then someone like you yells at me. You should be ashamed.

I do not recommend visiting this office. Ordering patients for a certain time, I waited 15min. after the ordering time and when I found out that there were still patients before me who had to be treated long ago, I told the nurse. I was arrogantly told that the ordering times are for reference only and let me go somewhere else. I note that this has never happened to me yet. After all, patients don't have to let everything enjoy, do they?

Doctor and nurse are great. Very nice and helpful approach. I went with my son and the problem was solved very quickly.
