I have been going to this post regularly for several years. The lady at the post office is very nice and helpful. The only downside is the opening hours.
Personally, I have never had a problem handling the request. But that opening time is really tragic and incomprehensible.
Opening hours are a bit of hell, but the ladies are great and the waiting is minimal.
Almost always without queues and very nice and helpful lady at the counter.
