They are great professionals who will take care of all the paperwork, provide legal services, we have always agreed on everything, given us as much time and attention as we needed and it was really clear that they care about client satisfaction and not that sold to the highest bidder. My husband and I have relatively rich experience with real estate agencies in Brno, due to which moving has always been an unpleasant thing for us - arrogant brokers, inaccurate or classified information, contracts under outdated legislation downloaded from the Internet, etc. When we started looking for real estate to buy in Přerov , we were worried about what awaited us. We were lucky not only in the fact that the apartment quickly appeared according to our ideas, but also in the person of Mrs. Zvonková, who mediated the sale. The offer corresponded to the fact, it was clear that they had the job with the apartment to take a suitable photo and record a video, thanks to which we had a perfect idea of what the apartment looks like and in what condition it is. The tour was basically just a formality and for the first time we can say that the real estate agency really deserved its commission.
