Feel free to offer a handbag alike, that would be a good offer! In the worst case, at least a discount on the next purchase! It was not possible to choose a cross in the same value in the store. But the customer can't blame the product for being of poor quality, and now he has to pay thousands to buy more? I have two e-shops, so I know both parties, and fortunately we don't have such an approach! Connecting to someone competent is rather problematic.
