ORSAY

To write this review, I was basically forced by a rather unpleasant experience when shopping at Orsay at OC Haná. I like Orsay mainly because of the choice of pretty feminine looking and elegant things - that's why I went with my mother right there because she needed help with choosing dresses. We chose the dress and went to try. Unfortunately, it was not possible to notice not only the contemptuous views of our shoppers in our direction, but also unflattering and relatively loud comments on our address (all while trying and evaluating each dress). The whole situation was also registered by my friend who went with us and sat down to the cabins. We didn't need help with the selection, they finally bought the clothes, but I find this behavior alarming. I would expect that in such a shop someone will help you or let you choose in peace. But at OC Hana there is something more ... It was the first and last visit to this particular store after years. I would like to have a happier hand in the selection of employees, as this approach will reliably discourage any potential or existing customer.
