We bought a Knaus van from Campervans. It was a design that is not so common and we have been looking for it for a long time. The Czech dealers only had to order with a waiting period of half a year. Stocks were only in Germany, many hours away from us. Fortunately, we came across this company, which miraculously had exactly this configuration in stock, and still at a significant discount, because it was an exhibited piece from the factory. At the time of sale, everything went perfectly smoothly. The owner was very accommodating to us, especially with the installation of accessories, and also with a slightly atypical modification of the car, which we invented to make the delivery better for us. The handover of the car was also number one. He explained everything to us, showed it and also administratively had everything perfectly prepared. After the first few trips, we started to get acquainted with the car and we had other questions and small flies that needed to be addressed. He always stood up to everything perfectly. It is readily available to us for our questions and requirements. The advantage is that Campervans only specializes in single-brand deliveries. Thanks to that, the owner knows the cars to the last screw. He can immediately advise or say his experience of how other owners of these supplies deal with it. It can be seen that the owner is a heartworm. I wish the company is doing its best and will keep the bar it has set. In retrospect, I am very happy that we bought the van from Campervans. Subconsciously, big, established dealers were usually more trustworthy to me. But Campervans showed me the exact opposite. I would be an anonymous customer at a large dealer, here I found literally a 100% personal approach. Thanks.
