I was in the Ramík car service for the first time yesterday (January 2021), I chose it only on the basis of reviews. Willingness, helpfulness, quickly agreed deadline. A big plus for explaining to me why repairing a slowly wiping rear wiper would be a waste of money. So great satisfaction.

Nowadays, one can only trust a few and especially when it comes to car service workshops. In 2019, I bought a used car, which I rewarded for freeing me from the car shelter and, after spending a few months on the road, by protesting in such a way that I was forced to seek professional help. After previous negative experiences with a few services in the Těšín region, I was not sure who to entrust the solution to my problem without being cheated on the price or on spare parts. Anyway, thanks to the positive reviews already given here, I finally decided on a service (unknown to me at the time) to service Mr. Ramik. I did very well. Mr. Ramik himself is a good and honest man, which he has proved with his human approach and honesty. His works are very professional and of high quality, for which, however, to his pleasant surprise, he charges really friendly prices. I can really give such an assessment to Mr Ramik, because I have sought his help several times and I have always been extremely satisfied. I also have to mention that he solved a few things for me to repair on the car completely free of charge, because such an approach only underlines its great character. Of course, Mr. Ramik is not alone in his service, and therefore I want to praise this reference for the professional work of all mechanics and their approach. During the conversations with some of them, I also learned a few useful hints and tips, for which, of course, thank you. Of course, more could be written, and by that I mean only a positive evaluation, as I did not find any negatives in Mr. Ramik's service. As for my car, Mr. Ramik and his great team, of course, fixed it to number one, even though it gave them (I think) a really good time. Super car service, great approach of the owner, professional team, order in the workshop = responsible approach, friendly prices and flexible solutions to problems. Possibility to rent a spare vehicle free of charge upon agreement. In conclusion, I would like to add that the search for a reliable car service for me is successfully over. Although Mr. Ramik and his team are quite busy with work, I would rather wait in the future - in the event of a new / different defect in the vehicle or even the replacement of operating cartridges.
