Trouble-free dealing with complaints is not the slightest problem, excellent communication, speed when ordering, I recommend.
I join the ratings from ThePolaso, the e-shop DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially because of the terrible behavior. The goods should be in stock, but no quarters or four days after ordering did not arrive notice of shipment. So I bought elsewhere and immediately called to the shop to unnecessarily send the goods and cancel the order. Mr. was very uncomfortable that the goods are ready in some container, it will be said for someone for an hour, then in the middle of the sentence put the phone. I do not recommend, the company with such an approach to customers has nothing to look at on the market today.
I do not recommend at all! The Lord can not even write a good day, he can not sign. You do not know who you are communicating with. After the phone interview, the master was unwilling to give me information about the works, and he kept telling me he had sent me an email. I think I should start using another browser and quote: bla bla we wrote, (although I tried it on 3 different browsers nothing came). Communicating with the master who asks "what is it?" there is no at least professional approach to the customer. After asking if they communicate with each customer in this way, the master said good and folded the phone. Total reluctance and unprofessional approach to the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
