Absolutely unprofessional and frivolous behavior. I bought (and paid with a card) 5 pieces of spray. The store sent me an order confirmation, which means (even according to their own purchase rules) that a purchase contract has been concluded. Then they wrote to me from the store that they didn't have sprays and that they wouldn't come until the next day, but that they would sell them to me for a price much higher than the original one (already paid). I exchanged several e-mails with an unnamed employee, in which I wanted to send the stored and paid goods (which were already my property according to the purchase contract), but the store canceled my order instead, thus violating the purchase contract. Beware of this store.

I do not like negative reviews, so I will evaluate this business only marginally. I ordered them nd. parts for my car. At home I immediately found out that the front arm was a scrap, so I wanted to solve the matter over the phone. Unfortunately, there was a theater around the merchant's side. I had to make a lot of effort to convince the two nameless gentlemen on the phone and in the e-mail about the unusability of the product! The end result was that I got the money back. This is another unpleasant experience with an internet marketer, although it turned out well. I give two stars that sellers do not present themselves by name, so that you do not know who you are talking to, which is completely unprofessional and also because no one apologized for this inconvenience. The only excuse came from the young vendor, for the rude conduct of an older colleague chasing ego at me. I positively evaluate the speed of delivery within two days and finally the last communication.
