Horror and Terror. 5 weeks ago, Mr. Capek wrote our phone, that we will hear what and how. Today after coming at all he didn't know which beats, ticket numbered somewhere among others, arrogant approach in the sense that you do not like to go somewhere, with swapping words I am here alone and I do not catch, I have 100 customers every day. I keep my fingers crossed for 100 customers per day with such an approach.

After today's experience never more. Communication over the phone good until I asked for the price. So after communicating the types of keys I need to do, I was told the price. Upon arrival at the establishment I was offered a price of CZK 75 for keys and a telephone of 40. Immediately I went to Č-Těšín, where they asked me without asking that the price is 40 CZK. So probably.

Additionally, there is a fairly wide assortment, minus longer waiting times when it is not necessary (the staff often refrains from being overworked on out-of-work matters) and also such an impersonal approach as compared to competitors on the street Závodní 😕
