Avoid at any cost! Especially if you're not local. For towing few kilometers and diagnostic charged 250 euros! And didn't even found what was the problem with a car. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very nice looking, but service is a complete cheat... Everything is overpriced and they calculate pseudic fixtures, they even steel car parts... My worst experience ever! They are so rude that I had to call police to get stuff back! Avoid them if possible!

Very good assistance! I appreciated the kindness of the team. Asistrans took the initiative to take me to the Seat service while my insurance told me that I'll have to go there by myself (without having Czech crowns, without knowing the language and without knowing where the hell the service was supposed to be)!

POZOR! What a rip off. It was Sunday afternoon so we would’ve maybe paid the exaggerated high price for the used tire they were trying to sell us, but after we agreed on a price then they mentioned it would be plus taxes which put us at a way higher price than where we started. Then after we said no, the guy demanded a 500 czk for having to come on a Sunday. We refused because this is not mentioned on their website and asked to call his boss but then he pretended to call and agreed to take a bit less.

SCAM ALERT !!! they charged 130 euro to change a tyre ( wich typpically costs max 10 euro ) . They will try to charge you as much a possible depending on what car you have and where are you from. AVOID !!!!! Notice to them: you were very lucky a s s h o l e s that you are not in my country (Romania) ,otherwise you would have pick up your teeth from ground. Little s h i t s like you are “educated” very fast in my country with a few punches.
