As a regular visitor, I am very disappointed with my last visit. Mr. owner obviously didn't have a day to understand, but that doesn't mean he has to act like a boulder. Everything can be dealt with decently and not as from 123.

Disappointment. Seven minutes to opening hours and uncomfortable behavior towards customers who are more likely to be annoying. When asked if one can sit in the garden and wait, no response from the (apparently) business owner. We'd better give the reverse.
