After an hour of waiting and 20 minutes of processing, the incompetent employee at ČSOB in Česká changed my phone number for verification in IB with a typo, but it's just a bank, zero here and zero there. Here, after only 30 minutes of waiting, my number was changed to the correct one in just 10 minutes. Edit: Access to IB still didn't work ...

Today I waited 20 minutes at the EMPTY branch before they opened the cash counter. It was 10: 27- no lunch breaks. The staff at the other counters discussed happily, walking around as if nothing was happening and no one noticed me or the people coming. When I left, there were about 8 pretty angry customers besides me. I remembered why I had not been in the bank in person for 3 years and if my ATM deposit card worked today, I would have a good 20 minutes of my life. A very frustrating experience for me.

In a normal working week, I don't have much time to read a book or learn how to control a nuclear power plant, but thanks to this branch, I have a lot of free time every visit while waiting for hopelessly empty counters. Thank you :)
