One of the nicest monasteries in Europe, but why pay a visit straight away? As if only 120 crowns per person, but the bad taste stays

One of Santini's architectural gems that would deserve reconstruction, but we don't have the money for such things. Definitely worth a visit. Admission is set at a reasonable level.

Beautiful Benedictine monastery church, main sightseeing tour containing the exposition of St. John of Nepomuk, the interiors of the abbot's apartment, the cloister and the monastery church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, St. Wolfgang and St. John the Baptist. You can see the exposition of the history of Kladruby monastery and Benedictine order a unique exposition of St. John of Nepomuk, one of the largest in Europe with approximately 500 representations of the Czech saint, abbey, bytambite corridor, Baroque Gothic Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. Wolfgang and St. The tours begin every hour, except 12.00 (lunch break). The last tour starts at 5 pm (or 4 pm).
