I had a bicycle with broken rear brake. I told what is wrong and what I want: to replace hydroline. They told me just bleeding would do the job. They had replaced brake pads which, of course, was not needed and the brake was still totally broken. However I was charged for the work and parts. After that since I wanted bike to be fixed somehow, they told me they would replace both brakes with OEM cheap Shimano. That worked of course but you can clearly see the approach and technical level. By the way, the service in the next street is booked for two weeks ahead, seems for a reason. This bicycle is not a performance one, so I hope this cheap parts would live for a season or two.
