I was in need of a assistance. Called them up. Asked if they spoke English. They hang up phone on my. When I called again. They rejected the call every time.

They are breaking the law and they took about 1000 CZK from me for nothing. The next time you order something from them, turn on the dictaphone. The CTIA basically agreed with me, but I don't wear a camera like a police on my jacket, so it is impossible to prove what the driver (didn't) tell me. In addition, he drives late - the guy sits near my house for maybe an hour, and then he arrived half an hour late - without apology, without explanation - absolute disinterest.
