Very unprofessional behavior. You order the goods (in stock), in four hours an email will arrive with a brief message: "Your order has been canceled, we are not able to deliver it"

They're stormers. They do not communicate at all. You order and wait 10 days and nothing.
Then you write to them and again without answer. Just don't order anything and cash on delivery, because I can't imagine how to withdraw money from them.

Very incorrect company.In the warranty I was not willing to replace the band saw machine for 32000 CZK. The part was worth 1400 CZK. But you are a dealer and you are not willing to replace a defective product in the guarantee. What is the guarantee.And that some Mr. Smetana from BOW sends you Kamárdšovstské emails where you agree whether the guarantee or not is fair enough .You should buy this part and send it to me.I had to buy it even though the machine is under warranty.And then tell me to bring you a 120kg saw.Therefore, I started shopping with the correct companies that the machine in case of failure to pick up yourself. Again challenge future customers for this business.
