Absolutely perfect approach, willingness, quality goods, real Czech production. I have from them mainly snowboard stuff (jacket, pants -> freeride, alps, paddles in the snowpark, quite roughly treated), but also functional underwear on the bike. Everything is of high quality workmanship. On the winter snowboard jacket after about 5 years I broke the zipper (hadam due to multiple pads in the forest and snowpark). I arrived at the store with the possibility of a post-warranty service -> to the surprise, there was a free zip change. Thanks to Gelanotsu's jacket and pants are still waterproof even after X years. The stores have almost everything in all possible sizes, the staff very willing, non-standard sizes can be custom made (shorten, extend, etc.). This is what a Czech company should look like, quality and production (unlike Klimatex, which has moved somewhere else).

Super service, the phone informed me about the introduction of new sizes and undoubtedly super matros for a super price
