If there is worse than one star I will rate that! I have bought a laptop , and it was broken without any outside reason twice within 5 months. They did not accept to exchange it under the warranty , or give my money back or even give me a temporary machine to handle my business!.It is been in maintenace for 3 weeks while I have exams and reports to do, and told me I should wait, this was the only solution offered from them !!! .. The worst service I ever had

I have never seen such arrogance and disinterest from salespeople! Was at Expert Bening Oldenburg this week! I wanted to buy a Vodafone prepaid card for my mother's cell phone! I went to the cell phone department and waited for someone to serve me, but both employees just stared blankly at their desk (according to the motto when is the end of work soon) and yawned behind their masks! (Exemplary in Corona times) after 6 glances (10 minutes) I was asked whether someone could help me! I explained what I need ..... Yes, the cards are back there ..... instead of showing me where I can find the relevant product! Then I wanted the card to be activated in the store .... Seller in a rough tone ..... But that costs 5 euros .... (according to the motto no, I have to work)! Then presented my ID and he typed everything into his smartphone! I then asked how long it would take for the card to be activated? And again in the rough tone ...... is now unlocked! He then gave me the bill and turned around and left without saying anything! Then I drove to my mother and put the card in her cell phone ..... but nothing unlocked ..... well, let's wait 24 hours as it is in the manual ..... but nothing worked! I did the online activation myself! Well spent 5 euros for free! Can of course also be that I was there as a craftsman in work clothes and not wearing such a great belt buckle from CK (Calvin Klein)! But if I treated my customers like that in construction, I would be long gone from my job

Bad advice and slightly arrogant salesperson with little expertise. However, since I knew beforehand what I wanted to buy and the price was really good (3.00 euros more than at Amazon), I chose to shop locally.
