Poor communication within their own team. We received 2 different info from 2 different members of their staff. When calling for clarifying the situation, the owner was yealling on the phone and blaming us for their mistakes. Not recommended at all.

The men were punctual, friendly, courteous and very motivated (despite an estimated heat of 30 degrees), the move from Lower Saxony to Saxony went very well, everything remained intact and was treated carefully, I would everyone of my family, friends and acquaintances I warmly recommend this move (pun). Thank you very much!

Not a good company! Not to be recommended at all! My bed was not brought to my apartment as agreed, but left in the stairwell. My father then carried it to the third floor alone. Cheek. A complaint was not responded to, I was only told that it was an outrage. Don't work with this company!

The employees are not able to transport a bed box 1.40 x 200m to the third floor, such employees work for a furniture transport company, have probably missed their job. CONCLUSION Never again this transport company.

I can only report good. Fast, efficient, thorough, in a good mood. Very carefully with my things handled! Very good price! Again and again with the company Herzog !!!! Thanks again!
