I would like to thank you again for your unbureaucratic help. On the way back from Zwischenahn to Oldenburg, my electric vehicle ran out of breath, thanks to the help of your employees, I was able to continue the journey home after a brief recharge and finally arrived safely in Nadorst a short time later. Thank you :-)

About 3 weeks ago I broke my thru-axle on my wheelchair (E-fix 35/36). The technician came about half an hour later later. He also had a spare bike with him, which I also thought was great. He said the defective bike goes back to the manufacturer and we will get back to you about 5 days later. After almost 3 weeks, no one had yet reported. Then I thought you'd call yourself now. Then I had the right technician on the phone. Unfortunately he forgot it was the answer. Then my question was whether the other bike could be checked. The answer I got was that it doesn't work until it breaks. Then I asked him if something had to happen first (accident with physical consequences) and the answer was yes. I was shocked by such a statement. If I could I would immediately choose another medical supply store.

Sales advice is good. The service, however, can significantly improve. Here is my current problem with the service: Wait several days, a service technician repairs my wheelchair. After several calls, came the statement we'll call you right back, nothing happened.

large selection, but only two models were presented. Disturbing the partially rude instruction tone of a humorless adviser. It felt like a petitioner. Purchase postponed indefinitely.
