Very unfriendly staff, they yell at kids and they lie about the time to get in. The pool closes at 19:00 and people are allowed to go in till 18:15. But even at 18:10 they already tell people it's 18:15. Today we were there at 18:14 but not allowed to go in. The lady at the front desk just said "no" very unfriendly and didn't explain anything. I was with an 11 year old boy who was very sad when the woman were like that.

They don't allow people in 1 hour before closing time. Ridiculous. Very unfriendly staff. They only speak German and start yelling in German at you and kids if you don't understand them or ask to help in English. We were denied entry at 12h31 when the pool closes at 13h30 and was almost empty. A swimming pool that makes kids sad instead of happy. Only due to the staff and the ridiculous rules.

Einer der absoluten beste schwimmbad sehr schön im Sommer gut für kinder es gibt auch spring dingern........ one of the best swimming pools in rheinland pfalz water is cool not too cool there is jumping places theres a 4meter pool and a part of it 2meters theres a 1.45m pool and a baby pool theres places to lay outside of the pool theres trees but there is also places without trees

2nd CLASS people? We had to stand in line for half an hour yesterday, despite the entry ticket from the campsite. WHY? The friendly staff explained to us that the number of campsite visitors has reached 150, so only paying guests are allowed into the outdoor pool. ???? This unequal treatment cannot be true !!! The campsite advertises with free admission and you also pay enough guest fees. THAT is not how you deal with holiday guests, who also enliven the otherwise quiet place at restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc. It is clear to us that the pandemic requires that other rules apply. BUT then for all visitors to the outdoor pool.
