My wife Becki went to fill out paper work for financing. It took forever. Had to cancel and leave. Very poor service. I do not recommend.

Not serious nor reliable! We bought a car and 3 hours later, on the way back home, some signals started to appear on the screen (red engine signal and some others), the car suddenly had no power... Of course the invoice states that there is no guarantee (which is in fact illegal). Now we have to bring the car to a garage and pay to have someone reliable to fix the problem this garage tried to hide before we bought the car. Not serious and definitely not reliable garage!

Really do consider looking at Nordstadt Automobile in Dortmund. On 15/10/2018 I was in search of a used car but everything available around that I had seen left a lot to be desired. I was only passing Nordstadt Automobile by as I was going for a different car but I chose to pop in (they had very good rating and some 1.9tdi - so it was no brainer). The moment I arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the way we were being served and the condition of the vehicle too. I quickly ditched the idea of going anywhere else. Shortly after, I bought myself a golf 5 Variant in mint condition at an attractive price. As opposed to other autohouses I came across, they organized the paperwork and the plates in a couple of hours and I was out on the autobahn the same afternoon heading towards Poland. At midnight we crossed the border. The car held out a journey of 1000km very well and passed the road test two days after without me doing anything at all. Thank you Mr Dietmar and Marcello for serving us so well, hope you will have more satisfied customers! Regards from me and my parents.
