Was threatened as a customer after complaining about defects in the Audi A4 bought there (1 day earlier) (gearbox damage and steering rod) and abused with the clear intention of intimidating me. Repairs by the seller only after the use of a lawyer and bailiff.

Today we had an appointment to view an Audi A4. On arrival the car was already sold despite the promised reservation. Had a long journey behind us. Very annoying. The dealership is dubious and its credibility is very doubtful; also staffed with incompetent staff. It is very unfortunate.

We bought our new family car there (Audi A4 3.0 TDI Bj. 2012) 1.5 years ago from a distance of around 120 km. The boss himself is very nice and courteous. After the first week I noticed that the car makes loud rattling noises when starting from cold (timing chain). I then informed the boss over the phone and sent him videos. Without any ifs or buts, I should bring the car back by as soon as possible so that it can be presented to Audi and repaired if necessary! No sooner said than done, repaired back after 2.5 weeks (put in between by Audi from Wuppertal because no appointments were available at short notice)! I received the original invoice where the difference of 4700 euros after the goodwill deduction was visible that the dealership had to bear itself. Because of this, I cannot understand many reviews from people who only looked for a car here and did not buy it. I was treated well in this dealership, whether before the purchase and afterwards where there were problems and would buy a car there again in the future, despite the distance of 120 km, if something suitable is there at that time. Just make your own picture on site instead of stamping this dealership directly on the basis of bad reviews ;-)

Not to be recommended! Absolutely unfriendly and not even able to replace an empty battery in the key with a purchase of several thousand euros. Hidden the brakes are defective and the spark plugs need new. Really not to be recommended!

On September 14th, a Golf 6 1.4 TSI 122 PS in silver was viewed. The internet says € 7,490, the farm € 7,999 ... that's where it starts. Allegedly the timing chain was made by their workshop, there is no invoice for it. We have expressed serious interest in buying several times and wanted to bring the car 17km to our mechanic to get a professional opinion. We were denied this, as this would represent a loss of value through more kilometers. In addition, the car is advertised with a guarantee, but you have to pay this again with 450 €, otherwise only a guarantee is given in which you have to bring the damaged vehicle to the seller yourself. And last but not least, they called us small-minded, because the trunk lid rattles a lot when driving, and liquids leak near the turbo ... The company is not only questionable, but definitely not recommended!
