Weird.. nobody really nobody speaks a word english in this hospital. So when a 1 year old came in you couldn't tell what was wrong with him. THANK U VERY MUCH!

I can't understand the bad reviews in any way. Has been here a number of times now. Regardless of whether it was the interior or the surgical department, I have no reason to complain. Whether it is the doctors, the receptionist or the secretaries are all super nice and friendly. The kitchen is also above average and they always have an open ear for me if I have any questions or problems. Special thanks for the friendly and kind manner goes to Sister N. So👍

At the first appointment, we wanted to see Dr. Leffler in the consultation hour, however, were only ever received by Ms. Senden. The surgery appointment was made with Mrs. Senden, which we canceled and a later appointment with Dr. Leffler made. On the day of the operation, we were called, we should come later please, otherwise no other information! You were picked up on site and informed when you should be picked up ... otherwise no information! On the operating table (undressed, ticked where the operation is taking place ...) Ms. Senden imagines she is going to operate. Leffler is not there !!! Then you got up, dressed and bye! I am not surprised that the people call this hospital a "butcher's shop". That is rude! There was often enough opportunity that day to inform the patient. You thought, oh now that the patient is lying here, does he no longer say no anyway ?!

I received a warm, friendly and nice welcome, competently examined and treated after I was transferred from another hospital to Gerolstein. When I was out of therapy ... I am grateful to Dr Leffler and the whole team Mega ... the sisters are all nice and friendly ... Would come back again and again

Very unfriendly staff. No matter what you come there with - no one can help you - you are only sent to another hospital with competent colleagues. Absolutely not recommendable
