They are frivolous. I went to them and not only did they not help me, they also collected money from my insurer that they shouldn't have without notifying me, because they asked me if this discussion cost me anything and they replied that 5 minutes doesn't cost nothing. After this experience I leave it to you to judge and decide if it is worth going to him to help you with something. After that, I went to another much more serious lawyer who helped me a lot.
