My delivery to a furniture store was placed behind some door of the apartment block without a parking permit. The driver was gone faster than anyone could have said anything. I was then allowed to bring the 40kg package to the 4th floor by myself, even though I had paid for this service. With my 2nd delivery (unfortunately already ordered) my rejection of the appointment and the specification of a delivery date, the timing of everything left open for Hermes, was in short ignored. I got an appointment on the same day as when I rejected the first appointment, only 2 hours later. My possible appointment was only dealt with when I called the furniture store and said that something like this really couldn't be. Thank you Hermes for nothing.

Incompetent and unfriendly employees. Always delay and the goods either arrive broken or not at all. This seat from Hermes is absolutely not recommended.

Incomprehensible. Now wait 5 weeks for my kitchen. Then the day before yesterday the call that it will be delivered on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning they called me and said that my kitchen can no longer be found. And that no delivery will take place today. And I read this several times already. Everything is very strange. Did things fall off trucks or what? I have a small child and you will be treated as if it were all half as wild. 2 days vacation to get away. A real sow heap. This will be a big aftermath if the kitchen doesn't come this week.
