Found a great teak dining table and decorative figure (cow) on Saturday. Mr. Schürholz and the team are super helpful with organizing, picking up etc. Recommended.

Super great store. Very unusual real wood furniture in great quality. We bought a dining table. This could be designed individually. Size, wood color, wood structure, shape of the table legs, color of the table legs, something for everyone. Even when it was stressful (many customers with many questions), the staff were always super friendly and helpful. Despite Corona and Christmas time, just two weeks passed between the order and pick-up. An insider tip for everyone who is not looking for anything off the shelf. The prices are reasonable to very good. The quality of the wood and its processing is flawless. The only point of criticism and that at a high level is the welding work on the table legs. The weld seams are often imprecise and look to me like piecework in a purchase. However, these are only visual defects that do not affect stability and should not really be noticed by the layman. And let's be honest, who will look when the table is ready for the welding technology on the table legs? The new location of the business in the city center with a larger sales area and the option of inviting customers to park right next to the entrance make a visit to Riegel Interieurs more attractive. To come to a conclusion: Anyone looking for high quality furniture at an affordable price should consider a visit to Riegel Interieurs. Here every piece of furniture is unique and worth its price. We will definitely be back!

Totally unreliable. Advice top and trouble-free sales. However, they have already extended our delivery times to 8 weeks. Now we have been waiting for our furniture for the 10 week. They don't report either. When you report back after 9 weeks, you get to hear: "I'll have a look. I will get back to you shortly. " Every time it says we have gone down and they report immediately or the next day. And they don't report the next day. That can not be true?!

We were in Recklinghausen and chose a dining table. The seller was very nice and the table is also a dream. Unfortunately then the nightmare started: We had ordered the table on 01/31/20 and already mentioned when buying that we need the table by early March. According to the seller, this was not a problem. He said next week someone would contact the outlet and then we can choose a table top and the table will be finished by early March. In the following 3 weeks, nothing happened. I called at least 30 times, calls are always promised, but there was not a single call back! On February 27th, 20 we were finally allowed to choose the record. On site we asked again if that would work now with the beginning of March. Again we were told that this would not be a problem. In early March I called almost every day. No one could ever give me information and there were no promised callbacks. When we almost wanted to give it up and I made a last call, we received a delivery date for March 20, 2018. An external shipping company came here and let the table top fall on the floor in our new living room. Thank god nothing was damaged in the fall. They mounted the legs and were gone so quickly that I couldn't even examine the table. Approx. 10 minutes later, I sent a defect report by email because the paint on the table legs was damaged. Riegel replied to the email that they would take care of replacements. After that nothing came as always. Now you have to say that it was of course a bit difficult because of Corona. So we waited a few weeks. On April 30th, 20 I asked Mr. Soppe again by e-mail and on May 5th, 20 I also received feedback that an employee would report an appointment during the week for an exchange. Of course, as always, nobody came forward. I then asked by email again and again until employees came directly from Riegel on 25.05.20 to exchange the legs. This time they were very nice and friendly, but they had the wrong legs with them. So all the stress started all over again. We always had to report. Riegel did not even report on his own initiative and did not even apologize for this mega bad service. End of the song: on 16.07.20 we got the right legs assembled. 5.5 months from order to completion 👍🏻 The store has very nice products, but it is very, very poorly organized and customer satisfaction is probably very small. Something can always go wrong or be delayed, but then I expect the company to report itself automatically and bring the customer up to date. Too bad, but we will no longer shop there and will definitely not recommend the shop!
