Bad service, nasty cars...... I have booked with buchbinder many times but this time it just fell apart..... cause their try of a up sell did not work they were angry and first tried to give me a dirty and unfit car when I refused to take it they kept me waiting for more than a hour to the bring me a cheap dacia

Good cars and staff

Buchbinder has affordable prices. Fast and good processing on site. However, a relatively small fleet of cars to choose from. Small vans, Bulli etc. for moving are really great here!

Reliable, friendly, inexpensive! All vehicles in top condition and often very gratifying free upgrades! Service is always perfect and there have never been any problems! 👍👍👍

It's a shame, so quickly you can turn a customer who often rents a vehicle into a customer who never comes back ... The service there was really great, for this reason I took the train there for 1 1/2 hours every time! Unfortunately, this time they pushed a vehicle under me which was broken on the side (sill + door). The sill hangs out a bit and the door is pushed in. On the phone I was then given to understand that it would only be a scratch ... And due to Corona the cars are no longer being repaired. I have to live with it and accept it that way. I call it super customer loyalty, I'm supposed to pay full price for a car that looks like it was pulled from the scrap. Unfortunately that was the last time for me.
