Three visits to the workshop were necessary to repair / replace a defective faucet. A "major maintenance service" promised at the time of purchase was not carried out. As a result, greater engine damage, no goodwill. Statement from the owner personally "Work (changing air filter) that was not due according to the maintenance plan was not carried out". Information repair workshop Ford "The filters have not been changed for several years". NEVER STUCK AGAIN Reply to K. Stotzem: It's not about the age of the vehicle, but about the fact that a "major maintenance service" promised at the time of purchase was not carried out, which was the cause of the engine damage. In the Ford workshop that carried out the repair, it was found that the built-in filters (air and diesel) had not been used by Ford for years. I wasn't expecting goodwill on the vehicle, but on the repair costs. In addition, your husband admitted that only work according to the mileage was carried out and not the "major maintenance service", which would have been much more extensive. In the meantime the vehicle has been sold. The damage was three years ago and not yesterday.

We wanted to go on vacation with our new motorhome and the fridge didn't work. After a short phone call we were able to come by with the vehicle immediately and it was repaired! Very nice master who really tried very hard. Thank you so much!

We were heading north and had a problem with the water supply in the kitchen. We looked for help, and without looking at the damage, we were turned away. Welcome to the service desert Germany. Very, very, sad
