We wanted to buy a vehicle, made an appointment for a test drive, everything was okay. When we told the seller that the warranty was required by law, he did not want to sell us the vehicle anymore and we should leave. That was very disappointing!

On Saturday the 01.06.19, We beached Saturday morning in heath, after almost 900 kilometers of highway with a complete electrical failure of our motor home construction electrics, luckily we got on the caravan site in Heide still a place with shore power! Now the problem was a patente motorhome workshop, which works on Saturdays and is also ready to come on the pitch and after 1-2 failures we found the company Stotzem, which really without if and immediately said that a technician would come to us which actually happened! What can I say, the technician checked everything and found the error quite quickly, it was one of our construction batteries, which was completely dead and why the other was not loaded. after disconnecting the broken battery, was his only statement, so that's it, I wish you a nice holiday on my question, what it would cost the he said nothing he would have looked only and that's service!
