After the previous recession, which I had to rate with a star due to various deficiencies, after renting this station again, I now get a completely different impression and thus a rating.
Friendliness, smiling employees and a vehicle that fully met expectations in terms of price and equipment, justify the award of 5 stars.
In a conversation with an employee, I was able to determine that both praise and justified criticism are acknowledged and they work immediately on their solution - all due respect and thank you!
All in all highly recommended :)
I can recommend Avis from Heide. We moved now on 17-18.09.20. It was'nt easy. But that worked out great. The car driver's wife helped us really well because we changed the car again under time pressure because the first van was too small. She is very friendly, understood our situation and, in my opinion, is really worth gold. Greetings at this point. The boss was also nice and friendly and pointed out that the van is cheaper during the week, even though we didn't want to move until the weekend. So we even saved some money compared to what we planned to do.
Hence the price was good. We haven't found anything cheaper in Heide. The cars were good, so if you are looking for a van, Avis in Heide is the right place for you.

Am disappointed. They were nice and I can't and don't want to complain about the car. But when the bill came I thought I wasn't looking right. None of the statements submitted to me had any hand or foot. You get very annoyed!
As always, very nice and helpful. Cars and service are great. Have often rented a car and was always perfectly advised and everything fit as agreed
