Everything was OK. Got a bigger car than expected. Consequently, they wanted to take a bit bigger deposit (reservation), but I showed reservation papers in which lower deposit was stated. Then they agreed to leave as it is. My choice of this rent a car company was based on price, which were lower than others.

This was by far the worst experience I evee had with a car rental company... and I've been renting cars all around the world. I needed a car for a work trip in Germany and since I always try to support local businesses, I have booked one from Buchbinder. Such a big mistake that was! I have payed the full coverage option and there was supposed to be a 0 EUR excess, but still they have blocked 250 EUR "deposit" from my card. Even though their website claims the car can be delivered to a nearby location for the client, the local office refused to provide such (paid) service, so I had to pay 40 EUR fir a taxi to bring me there. The car I booked wasn't available and I was provided with a completely different (lower) class of car which according to the dealer was "similar"... And yet, the price remained the same. I am still to return the car and I'm expecting more problems, but this company has already ruined my opinion about Germany.

Horrible, horrible service! Every single detail of our reservation was mistaken, but the guy in the office acted so arrogant and didn't even apologize. My foot will never step there again.

Don't rent cars to foreigners, very inconvenient.

Auful company! Nevever NEVER again! If you wants troubles it's your place to rent a car! They destroy my business trip! I booked through theirs system and print what received by e-mail. The office person ask me for copy in German! Can you believe! I received PDF in English by them, how to print in German???! Sorry I can not vote with MINUS STAR exactly what they deserve!
