Called in the morning because a hob on my gas cooker was no longer working properly. I was told when I could go there that same day. The timing was very reliable, the bug was fixed quickly and at a good price. After half an hour I drove back from the yard with two working hobs. Excellent!

After our autumn vacation with our 19 year old mobile home, the refrigerator wasn't working properly. Called briefly, described the problem and got an appointment the next day. The boss, Mr. Stübner, looked at it himself and advised me to order a new one, as there are no more spare parts for mine. Said and done. After the new refrigerator was delivered, I got an appointment very quickly. The boss did the installation himself with his employee. Great service, everything went really well and now we are enjoying the new refrigerator. For information: There are also mobile homes for campers with dogs for rent, these are brand new and are converted by the boss and employees themselves. Great team, great work, I'm super satisfied. If I ever have problems with something from Dometic, I'll always go there.

In over 40 years that we have been on the move with the mobile, we have never been helped so quickly, professionally and in a friendly manner. First day of vacation refrigerator defective, 10 am called at 1 pm to repair the refrigerator. At this point again ... thank you very much !!
