UNFREUNDLICH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ich bin extra zur Aral Tankstelle gefahren um Payback Punkte zu sammeln. Ich hab voll getankt und hatte einen extra 10fach Coupon. Der unfreundliche Kassierer kassierte so schnell ab ohne nach meiner Payback Karte zu fragen die ich gut ersichtlich in der Hand hielt. Als ich ihn fragte was mit der Payback Karte ist antwortete er nur das es jetzt zu spät sei und er hätte genug anderes zu tun. Kundenfreundlichkeit wird da nicht gross geschrieben.

So far I've only visited this Aral petrol station to buy a PaySafeCard or to buy a pack of chewing gum. However, I was rejected in 80% of the cases in which I wanted to buy the PaySafeCard because it is currently not possible to issue one.

It used to be a good petrol station with very friendly staff, but that was unfortunately ... 1-2 people are friendly, but that's about it. A younger lady is never in the mood and lets the customers notice it 😓 In the past, we used to fill up regularly, because the LPG column was still there and you could take cigarettes with you. Now the column does not work again and again and cigarettes are in short supply. I prefer to drive a few kilometers and get everything from a petrol station including friendly staff. Everyone can have a bad day, but greeting or saying goodbye is part of my normal dealings. We try to avoid going there.
