I've been on the waiting list for 5.5 years. When I moved here, I was looking for a new gynecologist. At that time, the office hours help said that they had to stop admission and that the waiting time would be about 3 years. That made me stunned at first. I didn't know such waiting times from Hamburg. Nevertheless, out of interest, I called again 2 years later to inquire whether the waiting list was really progressing :) I was told that the practice would contact me in about 1 year. So far, so conclusive. After that, however, nothing more happened, and 5.5 years have now passed. This handling of customer admission or rejection rigorously nullifies the recommendation of a friend, which is why I called there in the first place. My interest in being accepted has expired, and that is probably mutual.

Hello dear practice, i don't know what to make of it ???? The number of times I called to get an appointment was always busy. Is the listener deliberately wrong? Permanently occupied? Or just no patient acceptance? But then you could also run this as a band announcement. MfG Elke Hinterland

Very unfriendly and inhumane practice. I recently moved here from southern Germany and had gynecological cancer treatment that urgently needed further treatment. The practice turned me off in an unfriendly manner, saying I should look for a gynecologist on 116117, they had no more capacity. A different gyn is assigned to each appointment via 116117. In the case of cancer with regular treatment appointments, this is unreasonable and effective. In such a situation you have enough worries. How would the employees of the practice feel if they get into a medical emergency and are told that they cannot be treated for reasons of capacity ???

Great friendly team. I feel very safe there Both the doctors and the staff are super friendly and helpful! Keep it up !:)
