I was able to describe everything, ask everything after the examination and always got a friendly and explanatory answer. Nothing was even remotely "like being on the assembly line".

I'm on vacation right now and asked for a spontaneous appointment. Unfortunately everything was already taken, but my number was recorded and they called when someone canceled! Very friendly and helpful!
