We wanted a lamp for our storage room (for the wall). Two young employees came and charged 1.5 hours of working time for 0.5 meters of cable and a lamp. Then you stated that the lamp fell down and you got a new one (Jugend forscht ???). When the work was finished and the gentlemen drove away, I noticed that the lampshade had a crack and a piece had broken off and the lamp also shone when the door was closed and I passed (radar technology). There was no advice on which lamp is actually suitable for this room. We then asked the management to uninstall the lamp again. Then came the hammer, the same young man added the lamp and now uninstalled it, claiming that I let the lamp fall down - just cheeky. For a specialist company, that's just terribly bad behavior. Perhaps the small jobs are not important to such a large company. We have now ordered a lamp from Amazon. For € 20. P.S .: Many companies complain that Amazon is "breaking" the prices for various items. It is not only the prices that bring Amazon more and more sales, also the excellent customer service is one reason.
