This is the second time I've moved with Axel Klein. The company was able to move from Thuringia to Schleswig-Holstein in the spring at short notice despite Corona. The flexibility was great! Changes at very short notice were processed and implemented quickly. Very nice contact. The staff were very professional and courteous. The removal goods were treated with great care by the employees. The price-performance ratio was fair and reasonable. If I should move again, then only with Axel Klein!

Unfortunately not according to our expectations. Moving becomes more expensive towards the end (approx. 25 - 30%) !!! Supposedly more furniture as stated, although everything was viewed on site (personally from the boss). Moving is not finished in a day. Before you get the rest of the furniture / boxes (e.g. bed linen), they want to have more money than was negotiated in the fixed price. (contractually regulated). A lot of furniture is defective or very dirty. Employees drive empty from the 1st floor with the elevator down. Unfortunately, as already announced in a few reviews, older (over 80) and also restricted (wheelchair) people are very heavily used! We can NOT recommend this moving company.

Thank you for moving from Wedel to Büsum, from the preliminary meeting, to regular telephone contact, over the two days of the move, to the settlement. Everything fair and friendly. Highly Recommended
