Super great and trustworthy team! In the case of my current and unfortunately exhausting disagreements with the tour operator, which many certainly have in the current situation with the pandemic, Ms. Schmidt and Ms. Sitzenstock are always available to me and do not leave me alone. I feel very well looked after and I feel the advantages of booking in a travel agency. Thank you very much!
