Very incompetent store. Super unfriendly people. If you get a repayment as a payer, you wait 3-5 months. If they get money back in the Corona time, you become derogatory if you ask after a 4-week delay. That these people can even sleep at night. Terrible. It says in the letter that you have to take out a loan from the bank in order to be able to pay liabilities. And that tax office receivables are more important than a bread roll on your plate. Incredible.

At the moment there seems to be little activity here, otherwise the store is better secured than Fort Knox, as can be seen on the photos

I have had very good experiences, everyone was very nice and it went quickly. The ladies at the reception explained everything to me well.

So I was there today, I needed a certificate for the employer. I was prepared for the worst. However, it was completely different, I really only had to wait two minutes, it came immediately to a really very nice agent. She immediately took care of my request and helped me directly. Full score so offices have to work.
