I was there for the first and last time a few months ago. You can neither relax there nor respond to my requests (and I just wanted to have my eyebrows plucked). We were in a small room (with partitions all around), I couldn't lie because the room was too small, so I sat on the chair while the beautician tried! plucking my eyebrows .. it was totally uncomfortable, everything was just messy and it didn't look really clean ... Finally, it was very loud, since the in-house "nail salon" was right next to the partitions Price was also not without ... I was pretty disappointed. There is a star. Because everyone was friendly there. In the meantime I have found a very good and inexpensive beautician with whom you can relax, who conscientiously advises and reliably responds to customer requests.

Very nice staff and always professional work.

Arrived exactly 5 minutes late for the appointment due to a traffic jam. Was no longer taken and had to pay a fine of € 16. Customer loyalty is different. That the date is very important to me because of my wedding was ignored.
